How Morales Software handles your information.

Information collected through current website features

The Contact form collects your name, business name, email address, inquiry reason, and message. You may also provide a phone number when a phone response would be useful. Limited request, delivery, and anti-spam data is processed to prevent abuse and duplicate email delivery. The website does not create a separate contact database entry.

If you choose to load Calendly and book a consultation, Calendly collects the scheduling information and technical information needed to book, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel the meeting.

The current website does not ask for passwords, payment-card details, financial records, confidential documents, or file uploads. Please do not include them in a Contact message.

How information is used

Use stays connected to the reason you provided it.

• route and respond to Contact and privacy requests;
• schedule and manage a requested consultation;
• after an authorized product launch, fulfill orders, provide downloads and V1.x updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and administer refunds; and
• maintain necessary communication and transaction records.

Receipts, delivery, essential product notices, included update notices, and support correspondence are transactional product communications. A purchase will not, by itself, enroll the customer in general promotional marketing. Marketing requires a separate choice and an available opt-out.

The website does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, authentication, a client portal, or a newsletter signup. Morales Software does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Customer-controlled Repository files and AI

The self-guided Kit does not upload Repository contents to Morales Software.

Each Business Repository Starter Kit is designed to run in a customer-selected third-party AI and file-workspace environment. Business ideas, notes, selected source files, and Repository contents stay under customer control and are not sent to Morales Software by default. The selected AI provider may process information made available in that environment under its own terms, settings, and privacy practices.

If a support issue would require Morales Software to inspect a file, the customer and Morales Software must first establish an appropriate, separately authorized information boundary. Do not send confidential Repository files through the general Contact form.

Retention, access, and choices

Contact Morales Software about information it controls.

Contact copies remain in the email-delivery and Morales Software email systems until deleted through those systems. No fixed contact- email retention period is currently approved. Calendly, Payhip, and payment providers retain information according to their own account settings, legal obligations, and policies.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information Morales Software controls, use the Contact form and choose “Privacy or data request.” Meeting changes can be made through Calendly confirmation links. Order and refund requests should use “Product support or refund.”

Morales Software does not use cross-site behavioral advertising, so browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change the current website's behavior. Other providers may collect technical information under their own policies. The current record does not establish that California Consumer Privacy Act thresholds apply; this notice does not remove any rights that apply under law.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be identified here.

The effective date above will change when this notice materially changes. If a change materially affects an active product relationship, Morales Software will also use an appropriate product communication when required.
