This notice explains what the consultation and contact experiences collect, why the information is used, and which services process it.
Effective July 16, 2026
The general contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry reason, and message. A hidden anti-spam field, submission timing, a random submission reference, and limited request data are used to detect abuse and prevent duplicate email delivery. A network identifier used for rate limiting is held in application memory for up to 15 minutes and is not written to a contact record.
The website does not ask for passwords, payment information, financial records, health information, confidential documents, or file uploads. Please do not include them in a message.
General contact
Contact information is used to route and respond to the inquiry. Resend processes the message for email delivery to Morales Software's designated inbox and sends a confirmation to the address provided. The website does not create a separate lead or contact record in Supabase or another database.
Consultation booking
The calendar loads only after you choose to view available times. Information entered into Calendly, including scheduling details and Calendly's required technical information, is processed by Calendly to book, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel the meeting.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Contact copies remain in the email-delivery and Morales Software email systems until they are deleted through those systems. No fixed Morales Software retention period has been approved, so this notice does not invent one. Calendly retains scheduling information according to the active Calendly account and its service practices.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information Morales Software controls, use the Contact form and choose “Privacy or data request.” Meeting changes can also be made through the links in the Calendly confirmation.
Third-party services
Website analytics, advertising trackers, authentication, a client portal, newsletter signup, and contact-database storage are not part of this implementation.
Updates
If analytics, hosting practices, consent controls, or other data processing are added, this page will be updated to describe what is actually in use.
