Business Repository Starter Kit Product Terms

These terms govern the one-time purchase and owner-use license for the New Business Starter Kit V1.0 and Existing Business Starter Kit V1.0.

Purchase and delivery

One purchase. One selected Starter Kit delivered through Payhip.

The price is $199 one-time. Payhip hosts checkout and digital delivery, and a connected payment processor processes the payment. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be shown at checkout. Payhip provides a download page and emails a receipt with a download link after a successful purchase.

The product page and checkout identify which Starter Kit is being purchased. The configured delivery provides that product's V1.0 customer files, including its frozen Starter Kit ZIP and any accompanying Quick Start material shown with the product.

Purchase includes the current V1.0 product and V1.x updates released for this product. Future major versions, including V2, may be sold separately. Purchase does not include every future product or major version.

Owner-use license

You receive a license to use the Kit, not ownership of it.

One purchaser may use the Starter Kit for businesses that purchaser personally owns or controls. The license is non-transferable and is limited to the purchaser's own use.

You may not:

  • redistribute, resell, publish, or share the reusable Kit;
  • white label the Kit or present it as your own product;
  • use one owner license to build Repositories commercially for outside clients; or
  • provide unrelated third parties with reusable templates or system files.

Organization-wide, multi-user, agency, consultant, client-service, or other expanded use requires separate written permission or licensing from Morales Software.

Ownership

Your business knowledge stays yours.

Morales Software retains ownership of the reusable Starter Kit, original templates, system files, product structure, instructions, and Morales Software documentation. The license does not transfer those intellectual-property rights.

You own or control your business information, decisions, notes, and customer-created Repository content, subject to rights that may apply to third-party sources. Morales Software does not claim ownership of your business knowledge. The self-guided product keeps working files under your control; Morales Software does not receive Repository contents by default.

AI, research, and outcomes

The Kit supports judgment. It does not replace it.

The Starter Kit operates in a compatible third-party AI and file-workspace environment that you select. AI providers control their own features, availability, terms, privacy, retention, training practices, security, uptime, and pricing. Review the provider's current settings and policies before making sensitive, confidential, or personal information available.

Research produced through the Kit is informational. Laws, permits, licenses, taxes, finances, and regulations can change and depend on specific facts and locations. Verify material findings with the appropriate authority or a qualified professional. The Kit and product support do not provide legal, tax, financial, licensing, or other professional advice.

Morales Software does not guarantee business viability, profitability, financing, launch, compliance, performance, demand, or a particular AI output. You remain responsible for business decisions and use of the resulting Repository.

Support, refunds, and misuse

Product help is included; personalized business work is not.

Product support covers installation, setup, product-use clarification, expected behavior, bugs, and updates as described in the Support Policy. The seven-day satisfaction guarantee and refund process are described in the Refund Policy.

Product support uses support@moralessoftware.com. Morales Software aims to acknowledge complete support and refund requests within two business days. That is not a guaranteed resolution time.

Material redistribution, resale, white labeling, or other deliberate license abuse may result in termination of the product license and access, subject to applicable law. A refund also ends the product-use license. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
