This is qualification and orientation, not formal diagnosis, a written Assessment, full operational investigation, or implementation.

Why you might need it: Several parts of the operation may be involved and a responsible recommendation requires structured investigation and analysis.

Specialized capabilities may support business questions, operations, documents, and strategy. The exact AI Assistant Suite remains Working Knowledge and is not promised as a fixed package.

Why you might need it: The operating problem is understood well enough to define a customized outcome and the work needed to reach it.

Not every engagement uses every phase, method, or deliverable. Scope, responsibilities, outcomes, and price are agreed before work begins.

Why you might need it: Continued operational improvement is likely to create more value than a one-time engagement alone.
What you receive: Recurring advisory support that may include reviews, coaching, workflow improvement, planning, and maintenance of approved business information.

Before you choose an engagement

Do I need an AI Business Assessment first?

No. The Assessment is useful when several areas require formal diagnosis. It is not a universal prerequisite for every other engagement.

Is software included?

Only when software is supported by the evidence and explicitly included in an approved scope. Software is a possible intervention, not the starting assumption.

Is the Complimentary Consultation really free?

Yes. It is a bounded qualification and orientation process. It helps identify where to look next, but it does not provide the evidence and analysis required for formal diagnosis.

What if the best answer is a small change?

A small change, self-implementation, or no paid engagement can be the right recommendation. The objective is to fit the next step to the problem.

Why is only one price shown?

The AI Business Assessment has an approved public price of $999. Other engagements depend on scope and do not have an approved public price.
